**The role**

As the Building Safety Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for assisting the Building Safety team, manager and group staff on occasion with queries that relate to works and the LTQA contract as well as the actions raised from fire risk assessments.

You’ll also be responsible for working with your colleagues to deliver a quality, customer focussed, comprehensive and co-ordinated service acting as first point of contact for colleagues, residents and contractors for the servicing and maintenance of assets on contract.

**The location**

You’ll be based predominately from our friendly office in **Maidstone**, close to local amenities and shops and with free car parking onsite We offer some flexibility for agile working to allow you to work from home (where possible) and so we’ll provide you with the necessary mobile working equipment.
- Strong experience within a similar role
- Proven knowledge of IT using MS Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Excellent administrative experience
- Experience of working a customer focussed environment with a strong commitment for customer care
- Able to organise own work to deadlines and changing priorities
- Work well within a team and support other team members

**Our package includes**
- A salary of circa £25,000 per year, depending on skills/experience
