**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Friday 08:00 - 13:00

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 pa DOE

Are you a detail-driven administrator with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We’re looking for a Warranty Advisor to join our team and play a key role in managing warranty claims, coordinating field campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Processing customer warranty claims and chasing suppliers for adjudication
- Managing databases and preparing reports
- Coordinating field campaigns and reporting updates
- Handling queries and ensuring failed parts are returned and logged
- Raising invoices and advising customers on warranty issues

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong admin skills and IT proficiency (especially spreadsheets and databases)
- A team player who can also work independently
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail
- Previous experience in a warranty or customer-facing role is a bonus
