**Warwick (Hybrid available after training)**

**Part-Time - 32 hrs a week (Mon to Fri)**

**Who will you be working with?**

Our Commercial Service Team are the interface between the business and our end users, colleagues, contractors and merchants, you'll be working with our commercial customers who range from hospitals to schools and universities and so many more.

**What will you be doing?**
- Working as part of the Commercial Service Team assisting and resolving a range of queries.
- Assisting with queries relating to warranty, commissioning, packages etc.
- Identify the best solution and communicate it effectively.

**About you**:

- Strong focus on providing a high level of customer service to our commercial customers, sub-contractors and colleagues.
- Comfortable learning and working with range of in-house systems.
- Attention to detail - ensuring systems are up-to-date and accurate.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working both individually and within a team, organised, and someone who has an excellent eye for detail.
