**About the role**:
If you are due to complete your A-levels or university studies this year, then you may be interested in our Trainee Rotation Programme During the 12-month programme, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of teams across our growing Governance Services business, providing exposure to different client types, how we manage risk, an insight into the world of accounting and a look at how we manage our global operations.

**About you**:
This role requires:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Being able to build relationships and work as part of a team
- A desire to succeed within a financial services role
- A positive and flexible approach
- Ability to problem solve and have a solution driven attitude when completing tasks
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
