CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer for a Office Building in WC1, who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.

**Job Requirements**:

- SIA Licence required
- 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service at all times
- Must have an excellent command of English Language & Good IT Skills
- Reliable, Responsible and Punctual
- A friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing character
- To take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentation
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Demonstrate an awareness of security threats which remain relevant and up to date in the context of the current environment.
- Resilient and calm under pressure with the ability to multi-task and prioritise to help solve problems and overcome challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports
- To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- The role includes opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, Pedestrian Barrier duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, CCTV monitoring, Event cover duties, assisting Building Management with requests. Conducting emergency procedures. Dealing with Site Service Providers and Contractors.
- Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information is paramount.
- Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requested.
