**The Role**

Working with a small existing team of advisors, the Household insurance advisor will be directly responsible for leading the sales of all new and existing non-standard household insurance business, ensuring that an excellent service continues whilst delivering organic growth. You will establish new opportunities to maximise revenue, and have the drive and determination to excel the performance of the team and the wider business.

**About You**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring that all incoming enquiries are quickly and efficiently served through establishing client requirements
- Providing proposals that meet client requirements and communicate such proposals in a clear and helpful manner
- Accurate and timely processing of documentation
- Analysis of non-Core business
- Report on the classes of business held, and capacity providers, by policy volumes, income, and revenue
- Identify any areas that have potential for further growth and make recommendations and proposals to the senior management team for consideration
- Identify opportunities to achieve increased margins from existing business through re-placement with capacity providers with whom the business enjoys privileged access, and make supporting recommendations to the senior management team
- Achieve retention and sales in accordance with agreed performance targets
- Undertake other such administration duties on a day-to-day basis as requested and provide assistance to colleagues when required
