**Job Summary**
- HR Advisor required provide first line advice and support to managers and staff based on Trust terms and conditions, policies and procedures
- Dealing with a wide range of HR queries in relation to management of attendance, flexible working, special leave etc.
- Update and maintain databases relating to absences support administration of absence reviews.
