Brookson have transformed from a small Warrington based accountancy firm back in 1995 to a multi faceted and ever expanding business today employing in excess of 350 people over 3 locations across the UK. Supporting its clients with accountancy services,payroll, legal, financial services, insurance and much more. We are now seeking a consultative sales executive to join our sales team.
**The role**
We are seeking a sales person to join our desk based sales team, within Brookson this role is a called a Key Account Executive. As Key Account Executive you will be working as part of a sales team alongside other Key Account Executives and a Key AccountManager. Your colleagues will be generating warm leads to pass to you for you to convert. These leads will be for self employed workers, or contractors, who are on the market for the services we offer as such the need already exists. Your role is to do a consultativefact find from which to then advise on the range of services we offer and explain the value we add here at Brookson to sign up these enquirers as new customers. We focus on quality and customer care, as such this role is ideally suited to those who are lookingfor a truly consultative sales role within the professional services sector.
The environment is professional and targets are based on quality. A close-knit sales team (not a call centre). Team Managers are hands on and supportive and we offer career pathways within the group.
**Hybrid working**
Our sales team are based out of our Head Office in Warrington, we offer the option to work in the office each day if that’s your preference, or we have the option for hybrid working which would mean 2 days in the office with the rest remote working.
**The person**
We are seeking an autonomous and results driven sales professional with excellent customer engagement and conversion skills.
Our sales approach is consultative, credible and customer focused. This will resonate with you.
You will have had phone based sales experience previously within either a business to business or business to consumer environment.
You will be someone who is looking for a new role within a business with shared values and our culture will appeal to you.
