Woodlands Care Home is looking to recruit a Head Housekeeper to join our brand-new, purpose-built care facility.

This is the first new luxury care home to be built in Aberdeen for 10 years, offering Residential, Nursing & Dementia care for 81-residents.

As Head Housekeeper, you will manage a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the care home. You will also be responsible for audits, staff supervisions, observing staff practice, staff rotas, ordering etc

**Head Housekeeper Contract**
- £10 per hour
- Company pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave (Based on a full-time contract)
- Uniform provided
- Onsite parking
- PVG paid

**Responsibilities**
- Empty waste bins
- Vacuum throughout
- Shake out cushions
- Clean dining rooms/lounges/toilets
- Clean taps and sinks
- Clean soap dispenser outlets
- Clean toothbrush holders
- Spot clean all floorings
- Wash all bathroom/toilet/en-suite floors
- Polish all mirrors
- Clean all pipe work in toilets
- Dust handrails and radiators
- Move all mobile furniture (including beds and chairs) and vacuum and dust beneath/behind
- Wash out metal wastepaper bins
- Dust and polish furniture and windowsills
- Wash lino floors
- Shampoo carpets as requested by Home Manager
- Dust light bulbs, curtains, pictures, and fittings
- Restock toiletries, soaps, towels when required
