We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. If you're passionate about technology, sales, and helping clients achieve their goals, this role is for you
**Roles & Responsibilities**
As a Tazio Sales Consultant, you will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing sales opportunities with new clients. Your product knowledge of our SaaS platform, strong communication skills, and a consultative approach will be essential to build long-lasting client relationships and exceeding sales targets.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer you will have the opportunity to grow and develop our future sales function.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Client Engagement:_
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' needs, goals, and challenges.
- Product Knowledge:_
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate our solutions' value proposition and tailor presentations to client needs.
- Sales Funnel Management:_
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities. Implement sales strategies to move clients through the sales funnel to closure. Utilise our CRM platform to manage your leads and track your sales progress.
- Sales Presentations and Demos:_
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations, showcasing how Tazio can address client challenges.
- Proposal and Contract Preparation:_
- Prepare compelling proposals, clearly outlining the investment proposition.
- Negotiation and Closing:_
- Skillfully negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively and achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Building:_
- Foster long-term client relationships, providing post-sale support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Research:_
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide valuable insights to the product development team.**Key Requirements**
**Essential skills**:
- A minimum of two years experience in SaaS, Technology, Recruitment sales, or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Proficiency in CRM and related software platforms.
**Desirable skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience of building and managing relationships with C-Suite stakeholders
**What You Can Expect**
- A Competitive basic salary of £27,000-£30,000, plus bonus and performance-based incentives.
- 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays.)
