Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Just outside Cardiff

Salary: Hugely competitive package where you can earn more than £80k - £100K There are individuals within this business earning this and more

Office Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday- 1 in 6 Saturdays (short day and time given back the following Friday to leave earlier)

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with new and existing sales leads via phone, and online platforms

* Guide customers through the process

* Build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with your customer base

* Consistently follow up leads and close deals

* Submit proposals and work with other departments to ensure a smooth process

* Manage customer queries and resolve any issues related to their order promptly and professionally

* Remain in top of pipeline business to ensure consistency in hitting targets

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the technical sales

* Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service

* Money-motivated, results-driven and resilient

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Fast learner who can adapt to changing products and processes

* Strong IT literacy and ability to use internal CRM systems

* Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude

* Able to influence conversation to close a sale in the right way
