**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct data entry and manage financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning activities.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial procedures and software usage.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£30,120.00 per year
