A Way Out are seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated and engaging person to join our team as we appoint for a brand new 12 months fixed term position.

**Volunteer Coordinator, part time (18 hrs pw), salary **£18,456 Pro Rata Per Annum

This role involves recruiting and supporting volunteers and working closely with each of the projects at A Way Out. The post holder will be required to develop systems and processes, deliver and develop training, engage with new and existing volunteers, and support staff with volunteers and volunteering opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly, utilising a hybrid approach. There will be some occasional commitment required to weekend and evening work, but this will be incorporated into a healthy work life balance arrangement.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: Up to £18,456.00 per year
