ROLE PURPOSE

DC is seeking an Executive Producer, Experience for our UK-based experience practice as a creative leader. This role is focussed on supporting the growth of the UK business and supporting EMEA initiatives as well as client opportunities across the Dentsu Network. You who will oversee a team of delivery experts in the execution of large-scale creative projects. Responsible for every production detail from kick-off through completion; ensuring on time, on budget and on brief executions.

The Executive Producer is a proven leader, effective communicator and an exceptional motivator. The position provides leadership across channels and the opportunity to work closely with the Chief Experience Officer to push our clients as well as the teams they are accountable for.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Manages a team of production resources and delivery experts in the execution of large scale creative outputs- Defines execution approach and works with production resources to translate into discrete deliverables with production scopes, inclusive of staff plans for each deliverable- Leads senior level internal teams from concept to completion toward the delivery of innovative solutions- Manages internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects stay on track- Manages team communications and issue resolution, balancing client requirements with team objectives- Delivers high quality executions whilst always searching for new execution options that maximise efficiencies for our clients- Balances project needs and new client requests against proper team utilisation and resource management- Leads team members by staying informed on latest advertising technologies and trends

PERSON SPECIFICATON- Has a successful track record of developing strong relationships with large innovative client- Can manage large interdisciplinary teams- Has proven experience managing large budget projects- Is an expert contract negotiator with clients and partners- Is a natural leader with excellent communication skills. You must be able to command and lead a room.- Has a deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure- Experience in end-to-end experience projects from strategy through execution
