**Overview**: - Experienced mortgage administrator to join an established existing team of administrators working closely with a team of 6 whole of market mortgage brokers in the Luton area to personal dealing with a pipeline of 30 -40 mortgages at any one time. **Job Title**: - Mortgage Administrator **Location**: - Luton **Remuneration**: - £24,000 - £27,000 basic plus pension, DIS **Main Duties**: - An independently owned mortgage broker requires a mortgage administrator in Luton to work alongside a team of mortgage brokers offering full mortgage administrative support. - You will be required to act as the first point of contact with the clients chasing any outstanding information as well as contacting the relevant mortgage lenders chasing any outstanding information and providing regular updates to the clients. - You will ensure that all relevant documentation has been checked before submitting the documentation to the lenders. **Key Skills**: - Previous mortgage administration experience is essential, along with a good working knowledge of the mortgage process, mortgage administrator in Luton is required. - Mortgage administrators with a good working knowledge of the lender systems and ideally "The Key" would be an advantage, however, is not essential as full training is provided. **Summary**: - Outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage administrator in Luton, to join an independently owned mortgage brokers who offer a good basic and working environment. **Contact**: Bryn McMillan Managing Director Bryn McMillan Consulting
