Creative Production Lead
E6 Creative is a bold, forward-thinking digital agency based in the North West. We help ambitious brands level up - through powerful content, strategic campaigns, and hands-on digital execution. With a passion for performance, we’ve delivered exceptional results for our clients & continue to grow.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day creative output across all client accounts—ensuring each Social Media Manager (SMM) has the right content, support, and strategy to deliver exceptional results.
This role is all about bridging creativity and execution: you’ll work closely with our in-house creative team to shape bold, brand-aligned content, and partner with SMMs to ensure campaigns are properly planned, resourced, and rolled out. You’ll also spearhead our influencer programme, support experience-led events, and have the opportunity to create UGC yourself—whether you’re shooting, presenting, editing, or experimenting with trending content styles.
This is a hybrid creative/strategic leadership role combining strong content instincts, production management, and a high-performance mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Team Oversight & Execution
- Partner with Social Media Managers to ensure they’re planning campaigns effectively and meeting performance goals.
- Act as the key link between creative and account teams, ensuring SMMs receive the right content—on time and in the right format.
- Maintain a clear pipeline of upcoming content needs and manage handovers from creative to social.
Creative Production & Content
- Oversee the planning and creation of brand content, ensuring quality, alignment, and creativity.
- Personally create UGC-style content as needed.
- Lead or support the full content production process: idea generation, shoot prep, direction, and post-production.
Influencer Programme
- Build and manage a structured influencer programme, sourcing micro-influencers aligned with each client’s niche.
- Handle briefing, scheduling, delivery, and performance tracking.
- Cultivate an active community of creators and explore new talent opportunities.
Events & Experiences
- Plan and creatively direct PR-worthy brand activations and events.
- Ensure events deliver both real-world engagement and social-ready content.
- Support production and delivery with internal and external teams.
Performance & Innovation
- Constantly improve workflows between the creative and social teams.
- Monitor and implement trends, formats, and emerging content types.
- Bring proactive campaign and content ideas to client accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in content creation, influencer marketing, or creative strategy (agency experience a plus)
- Experience leading or managing content teams and working closely with social teams
- Confident in both overseeing and personally producing UGC content (filming, editing, or on-camera)
- Organised, creative, and confident managing multiple fast-moving projects
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: experience running events, brand activations or creator campaigns
Why Join E6 Creative?
- Be at the heart of a fast-growing, creatively-led & award winning agency
- Work across an exciting range of industries and content styles
- Lead and create content with freedom and trust
- Opportunity to shape a growing influencer and content division
