Dental Receptionist

**We are looking for an exceptional front-of-house team member to join our clinic and work alongside our existing team to elevate the clinic's service and growth**
The role will mainly be in front of house and reception, with some patient coordination.
We want someone enthusiastic with excellent communication and organisation skills who can create a fantastic, welcoming environment for our patients.
You will work alongside our other receptionist, practice manager, social media manager and clinical director.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Front of house experience in private dental practice of at least 2 years
- Superficial knowledge of clinical treatments, including general dentistry, implants, Invisalign and cosmetic procedures
- Ability to learn new software swiftly
**Location**: Canary Wharf, London (Crossharbour station DLR)
**Pay**: £14-18 per hour. The exact rate will be discussed before starting. Pay rates depend on experience, skill and results.
**Start date**: As soon as possible

**Responsibilities**
We will shape your specific role after discussing your strengths and weaknesses and this role will be dynamic in nature, but as a guide, this is what we imagine you to be working on
- Discussing the patient’s treatment options and finance plans when required to do so, following the advice of the clinical team
- Following up with patients after they leave the clinic and providing any further assistance
- Tracking patient and treatment lists
- Preparing reports on patient conversions
- Helping the team with marketing ideas and campaigns
- Helping with the practice social media (gathering content to send to our social manager)
- Reachign out to nearby businesses to establish partnerships and deals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
