**About the role**
- As a resource you will be provided with lots of data of people who may be looking for employment as a Healthcare assistant or as a Registered nurse, your task will be to call these individuals and ask the right questions.
- You will screen potential applicants to deem whether they are suitable for the roles you are resourcing for.
- You will then schedule interviews for the successful applicants with the relevant recruiter.
- Proactively responding to inbound enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
- Promoting the roles, you are resourcing for via various means on social media and at recruitment events.
- Proactively seek referrals for other potential applicants.

**About you**
- You will ideally have experience as a recruitment resourcer or have worked within the recruitment industry.
- You will definitely have experience over telephone work - outbound calling.
- A natural people person who can easily have conversations with other, intrigued to learn about others and ask the right questions.
- You will be persuasive, persistent, and patient.

- Our client will offer you a salary of £24,000.
- 37.5hours per week - Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm.
