Digital Insight Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Onboard Revenue team as a Digital Insight Analyst. This role supports Carnival UK’s two great brands, P&O Cruises, which has the largest UK market share of cruise holidays, and Cunard, a legendary luxurybrand. In this role you will be part of the growing Digital Insight team and work closely with other team members plus other stakeholders within Marketing, eCommerce & CRM.

**The Role**

As the Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that performance reports and dashboards are built, output is analysed and insight distributed. You will utilise web analytics (Adobe), transaction and customer data to support the understandingof our digital propositions and help grow digital’s share of bookings in a planned and measured way that optimizes their actions. You will use proven methodologies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the guest journey through inspiration,selection, buying and remembering their holiday in order to improve NPS, our ticket yield and cross sale of on-board product.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will need to have analytical competencies to work with large data sets and be able to identify trends as well as interpret and inform decision making.

You will be able to clearly articulate complex analyses to a wide range of stake holders and have strong advanced excel abilities in manipulating data (vlookups, pivot tables and other advanced formulas).

You will hold a relevant degree (or equivalent) preferably in a numerical field.

You will have a decisive, 'can do’ attitude whilst being able to maintain a clear focus on problem solving and seeing action through to delivery.
