**Job description**

We are a Warehouse & Distribution organisation looking for an IT First Line Support employee to join our Business Systems Team.

As IT First Line Support, you’ll have dual responsibilities delivering first line support to business users while also being the owner of departmental administration responsibilities.

Departmental Administration responsibilities will include Application & device Management, Procurement and User Access Management. The provision of associated reporting will be a supplementary responsibility to ensure appropriate stake holders have key management information to fulfil departmental functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- First response for IT Support to internal users
- Management of User Account Provisioning
- Management of IT Asset processing

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organisational skills
- Strong Desktop skills including Windows & Microsoft Office

**Qualifications & Experience**

A minimum level of qualification is not a requirement, however an academic or professional certification in an IT related discipline would be an advantage. GSCE grades C and above for English and Maths would be preferable.

Professional experience in an IT Support and / or Administrative role would be desirable.
