**The Company**:
Established since 1969, IAE are the UK’s largest manufacturer of livestock handling, feeding equipment and steel fencing. We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join our expanding Projects Team.

**Job role/Description**:

- Assess requirement, generate quotations and process orders
- Prepare drawings/technical documents using CAD software.
- Supply detail to assist the design engineering team.
- Communicate with clients to negotiate quotations securing orders.
- Plan and schedule all phases of projects to ensure satisfactory completion whilst meeting customer deadlines.
- Assist with site surveys to confirm measurements.
- Aid sub-contractors from a relationship and commercial prospective.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing clients/contractors and prospective clients to generate new business.
- Support the external and internal sales teams to promote and grow market share.
- Work with the marketing team to drive business growth via direct marketing and social media platforms.

You will be an enthusiastic and able Project Coordinator who can offer:

- Experienced in the use of CAD systems.
- Able to develop a project, from brief to final design.
- Innovative thinker with great problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.

**Benefits**:
The above position will be rewarded with a permanent contract, progressive rates of pay, 32 days paid holidays per year plus loyalty days (up to 34 days), auto enrolment into our pension scheme which includes 5% employer contributions and employee life insurance. Other benefits include company sick pay, an optional company saving scheme and a cycle to work scheme. All employees are encouraged to develop within their role, therefore additional training will be given where necessary.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
