**M365 End User Engineer** The UK's leading integrated wealth management and professional services group are looking for a M365 End User Engineer to join their team in either Bracknell, Liverpool or Glasgow with flexibility to work remotely.
**What will you be doing?**
Our client is undertaking an ambitious under a large programme of work, to deliver new refreshed technology and an organisation transformation under Digital and Technology Solutions, to support the integration of the new merged organisation and the strategicbusiness objectives.
**As a M365 End User Engineer your responsibilities will include**:
- All users to have access to a modern cloud-enabled, smarter working capable desktop / laptop and mobile device (including tablets).
- Implementing a new security posture for the joint organisations and Technology Operating Model, including patching, anti-virus, one integrated Security Operations Centres (SOC), etc.
- Identifying and preventing any potential cyber risks and threats as the organisation moves to a more cloud-based model.
- Rolling out a more cost-effective, resilient, secure, cloud-enabled networking solution to all sites, with 'out of the box' connectivity for any new offices
- Establishing an Architectural Design Authority and Technology Operating Model
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent, preferably a technical qualification or comparable - Desirable
- Achieved or working towards MS-700 Managing Microsoft Teams and MS-500 M365 Security Administration or Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert - Desirable
- Extensive experience working as a 2nd or 3rd line Support Engineer or Cloud Specialist within a medium or large organisation
- Extensive experience of service management in a Cloud related area and specifically the transition of ICT Services and Applications from on premise to the Cloud
- Experience of development and innovation utilising Agile or iterative project techniques and methodologies, ideally with certification
- Experience of engaging with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders and senior managers, from within ICT, departments and faculties across the wider college and externally, including other finance organisations and suppliers.
