A successful operation with sites in the UK and Europe is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the expanding team. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices,expenses and payments and also the resolution of supplier queries.
This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, a flexible benefits package which includes a pension, 25 days holiday, a discretionary bonus, and other attractive benefits.
**As Accounts Payable Administrator, your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices
- Completing weekly invoice batching and approvals.
- Keeping up to date record of all overhead invoices and approvals.
- Ensuring all overhead invoices are correct.
- Establishing solid professional relationships with suppliers.
- Ensuring accurate pre-payment entries and release.
- Preparing and completing payment runs.
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries.
- Maintaining supplier’s relationships in a professional manner.
- Month End reporting.

**We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator, who has the following skills and experience**:

- Experience of Accounting Packages such as Sage or SAP
- Previous Experience within AP department
- Clear and effective communications skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear and logical thinking with good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines.
