We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Contract Administrator **in the residential lettings sector.
We are a property management and investment company with a small portfolio (150 properties) specialising in premium properties for the student market.
We plan to grow the business over next few years, increasing the portfolio to around 250 properties.
You will be working alongside the property managers to run an efficient property management function. We aim to provide an excellent level of service for our tenants, landlords and investors.
The role is based at of our office on Regent Road (LE1 6YF) in Leicester.
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday's 11am-5:30pm.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Your** **main activities will** **include**:
- Complete the tenancy setup process.
- Draft residential tenancy agreements.
- Inputting and reconciling data in the property management system
- Supporting the property managers and director as required.
- Produce periodic inspection and maintenance reports.
