**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Senior Social Media and Content Executive** to lead and elevate Gee’s social media strategy. In this role, you’ll oversee content creation, drive engagement, and work collaboratively with the social media team to innovate and optimise our digital presence. From crafting campaigns to analysing performance, you’ll take a hands-on role in shaping Gee’s online narrative.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Social Media Leadership**: Oversee Gee’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn), ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all platforms.
- **Content Planning and Execution**: Lead ideation, planning, and creation of innovative content that aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our audience.
- **Trend Spotting and Strategy**: Stay ahead of social media trends, identifying opportunities to drive engagement.
- **Creative Oversight**: Provide guidance and approval for all visual and written content, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content, using data to refine strategies and optimise results.
- **Collaborative Brainstorming**: Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions, developing creative campaigns and aligning team efforts.
- **Storytelling and Campaign Execution**: Craft compelling narratives that showcase Gee’s products and ethos, driving engagement and conversions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, UGC creators, celebrity stylists, and collaborators to amplify Gee’s reach.
- **Content Streamlining**: Oversee blogs, newsletters, and web content to ensure messaging and visuals are consistent and on-brand.
- **Hands-On Editing**: Support video and image editing, using tools like Canva and basic editing platforms to finesse content when required.
