**Job Description**:
As a **Social Media Lead** you will take our social media presence to the next level, creating and overseeing our strategy and championing your small team to bring it all to life. You’ll bring your creativity and organisation skills to work collaboratively with the marketing team and senior business stakeholders to set the strategy, ensure it’s understood and has buy-in.

As a **Social Media Lead**, we are looking for someone to:

- Tell our story on our social media platforms, grow our community and reach more people who have big property ambitions.
- Build a strong and robust social media strategy for Together across multiple platforms, providing regular reports & insights to evolve the strategy.
- Lead a small team, consisting of a social media manager and executive, and work alongside content, PR, channel marketing, brand, digital and design to create and execute best-in-class social content.
- Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders across the business to create buy in for the strategy and demonstrate the value and understanding of social media
- Implement paid social media across a variety of platforms
- Grow the Together social media community, ensuring engagement and growth are sustainable
- Collaborate and provide expertise to the wider marketing team on social-specific elements of wider brand and channel plans for both paid and organic social media.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- You’ll have previous experience creating and leading a social media strategy from inception to execution and measurement of success
- You’ll understand both paid and organic social media across multiple platforms.
- An inspiring leader, you’ll understand how to coach, develop and mentor a team.
- A natural relationship builder you’ll be able to engage effectively and credibly with a variety of stakeholders, and have the ability to influence at the different levels.
- You’ll have a commercial approach, using data and insights to tell the story of social media performance.
- You’ll love seeking innovative new ways to bring social media to life for others, generating enthusiasm from others and demonstrating creativity in your execution
- You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and excite others in your approach.
- You’ll have the ability to convey complex topics in a clear and concise way.

**Desirable**:

- Experience within Financial Services or other regulated environment
- Having worked in a complex, fast-paced organisation
