**Client Data Associate -CIB** London. Hybrid.

Are you someone that has a strong background in data analysis and management? This role is for someone who is able to analyse client outreaches to ensure that the relevant clients are contacted and possesses good knowledge of the regulatory landscape. Youwill be responsible for various projects where client data and regulatory outreach oversight is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client outreach scoping including data analysis and having an understanding of client base (taking into account client type and role, products, jurisdiction, booking entity etc.) to ensure relevant clients are contacted
- Execution of assigned client outreach and transition initiatives in line with the organisation’s strategic roadmap
- Preparation of MI post client outreach showing clear visibility of key success metrics
- Definition of the future schedule of events, aligning across parallel campaigns and business areas
- Data support and analysis for the implementation of various projects aimed to enhance the client journey, e.g. key platform enhancements
- Support with strategic projects including the development of a regulatory governance framework
- Identification of key dependencies, stakeholder engagement through to resolution
- Client query management - having a good understanding of the products offered to our clients and their relationship with the Bank
- Continued improvement to the client outreach approach, driving increased efficiency and positive client experience

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office with Advanced Excel (Power BI, Power Query, VBA)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret large sets of data
- Problem solving skills
- A methodological and logical approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Tangible experience of running data and MI initiatives within a complex organisational structure, with the ability to demonstrate successful outcomes
- Project management skills with a focus on regulatory adherence (with a working knowledge of financial regulations)
- Experience of managing large scale projects and projects in parallel
- Broad knowledge of investment and corporate banking products and services and how they impact or support clients across sectors / regions
- High Level experience / knowledge in regulatory change initiatives and their impact to client
- Experience/knowledge in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall
- Experience/knowledge in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Understanding of client agreements (ISDA, CSA, MCA, MRRA)
- 3 - 5 years + in Front Office (1LoD) management environment
- 3 - 5 years + Project management experience with a proven track record of delivery
- Experience within Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Securities and exposure to related entities is essential
