Our two venues offer a range of facilities and event management products, and we pride ourselves on providing an award-winning, friendly and professional service. Working to maximise conversion rates to achieve the greatest commercial and reputational impact for the organisation and the city of Perth, the Conference & Event Executive takes events from enquiry to contract, continuing as the main contact through to final delivery and beyond. You will work with the Head of Events & Commercial Development to organise the Conference & Event services whilst effectively liaising with colleagues across the organisation. As the first point of contact for new and existing clients, customer service, time management, and a keen eye for detail are all vital for success in this post. Our buildings are bustling with activity, as our annual numbers demonstrate: - 500+ performances - 140,000 cultural attendances - 165 conference events - 22,000 delegate and event attendees - 19,000 participations in our Learning & Engagement programme Our conference events include everything from a small meeting of 10, to conventions of up to 1000, gala dinners and award ceremonies, product launches and exhibitions. No week is the same and you are required to be able to adapt to the different ranges of our clients’ expectations. **The Role** **Job Title**: Conference & Events Executive (Maternity Leave) **Status**: 37.5 hours per week (Full-Time) **Reports to**: Head of Events & Commercial Development **Salary**: £27039.92 per annum You will be based at both Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre and will be required to work across both spaces.
