Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator

As an Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the office. This is a busy and varied job - no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.

What it's like to work here:Leonard and Virginia Woolf's 17th-century country retreat. Nestled in the heart of rural Sussex, Monk’s House is a tranquil 17th-century weatherboarded cottage inhabited by Leonard and the novelist Virginia Woolf from 1919 until Leonards death in 1969.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be working with 5 others in a friendly and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:You’ll be helping to run a business service for the wider team that is efficient, proactive and flexible. Your responsibilities may include managing people’s diaries and records, helping with system and financial management, creating reports and other general administrative tasks.
