**Senior Account Manager**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to support in the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives for Experis and their client, whilst delivering exceptional client experiences. The role will partner with the Public SectorLead in setting the strategy for the Public Sector accounts, whilst at the same time creating a high-performance culture. This role holder will focus on growing the public sector contractor book and client base, improving service quality results by evaluatingand re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analysing results, and implementing changes.

**Skills Required**:

- Experience of senior-level stakeholder relationship and management
- Ability to plan, devise and execute a client base growth strategy and by deliver client expectations including longer-term projects or service improvement initiatives
- Ability to think analytically, taking a data led approach
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to coach and develop Account Manager and Recruiters, preferably across multiple sites and geographies
- Commercial aptitude - contracts, service levels
- Negotiation skills -service levels, process and technology changes
- Advisory/consultative skills -ability to influence, manage expectations

**Client Management and Public Sector Business Development**
- Become an expert in Public Sector and Public Sector Frameworks, offering advice and guidance to key stakeholders
- Manage multiple client relationships across multiple sites and geographies
- Grow the client base portfolio through leveraging relationships, networking and in partnership with the Public Sector Lead developing and executing a Public Sector business development strategy
- Accountable for service delivery and relationship management
- Understand key client drivers ensuring the Experis service is well positioned to deliver against and compliment them
- Understand the impact of changes in the macro environment in their client portfolio
- Act as escalation point for our clients and operational stakeholders, using relevant experience(s) to offer efficient solutions to complex service and or commercial problems
- Introduces the client to the services of Experis and the ManpowerGroup and provide leads to the relevant internal contacts and maintain regular contact with key contacts to ensure full business potential is realized and new opportunities are identified
- Respond with urgency to requirements
- Drive QBR's in partnership with the Public Sector lead and an aligned best practice approach is consistent across the account

**People Management**
- Manage, coach and mentor direct reports, promoting a culture of development across the team, increasing motivation and driving best practice
- Provide training and development in order to support individuals meet their objectives and complete their assigned tasks
- Drive high performance through innovation and create a deep culture of accountability where people are encouraged to be curious and praised for being and thinking differently
- Conduct regular performance excellence one to one's with direct reports

**Financial and Operational Management**:

- Look to continuously improve productivity and drive efficiencies in terms of how we operate and to improve the service we offer our clients
- Fully conversant with key contractual and Framework obligations across the client portfolio with the program of management
- In partnership with the Public Sector Lead, drive the commercial success of the account portfolio through ensuring achievement and/or exceeding budgetary commitments
- Develop account plan activity and produce forecasts, utilizing flexible resources where appropriate and ensure clear communications and actions are in place across the account
- Sets deadlines, monitors progress and removes barriers where possible, to ensure that work is completed on time and on budget
- Support Public Sector Lead/Head of Contracts in monitoring and communicating on a regular basis, financial and performance targets expected, and results achieved, by individuals and the wider account
- Identifies, communicates and acts upon areas likely to affect account profitability
- In partnership with the Public Sector Lead ensure the account have the resources & facilities to support client delivery
