Servoca Stoke are now seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established team.

Servoca Nursing and Care are a dynamic, fast-growing and forward thinking healthcare recruitment company focussed on the temp and contract supply of qualified nurses, care assistants and support workers within the private healthcare market. Our client baseranges from residential, nursing and Dementia care homes, to supported living for Learning Disabilities and private hospitals for Mental Health.

The role is ideal for an established Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge or a Telesales / Customer Service professional interested in starting a fresh on a new and exciting career path. It’s a great opportunity for an individual to investin their future and develop both their career and earnings in recruitment.

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our business who not only want to earn well but have a genuine desire move their career forward to senior and management level, with opportunities to do this as we increase our UK business operations overthe next 5 years.

We also provide the opportunity to gain recognised qualification within recruitment to CertRP level, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s highly acclaimed qualification.

**Responsibilities and Core Requirements**
- Establishing and maintaining strong and trusted relationships with healthcare workers
- Telephone based Business Development and Market Research calls to prospective clients
- Ensuring accurate database records are maintained at all times
- The ability to multi-task and work to targets, KPI’s and deadlines
- Organised, accurate and efficient with good attention to detail
- Motivated and hardworking
- Dedicated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Persistent, Tenacious and Relentless
- Able to handle complaints and conflict professionally and pragmatically
- Invested in their future and NOT a short-term thinker.
