Sales Consult are a Multi-Award-Winning Sales Consultancy that operate in 3 areas, Sales Training and Coaching, Sales Recruitment & Outsourced Sales Activities. The company was established in 2020 and after great success we are currently recruiting for ateam member to join the Sales Consult family.

**The role**:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to win and onboard new clients and account manage existing clients. You will have the flexibility of winning national and local accounts, adding to our current client list, including some major companieswho are already household names.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, driven and enjoys autonomy within their day-to-day role. As keen sales fanatics, who believe in constantly learning, you will have access to continuous award-winning training and development with plenty ofopportunities to progress upwards throughout your career at Sales Consult.

You will have the opportunity to get creative, bring fresh ideas to the table and think outside of the box _(what box)_

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead source and regularly update company CRM’s and systems,
- Arrange and conduct meetings with prospects via Teams or Face to Face,
- Hit monthly sales revenue and KPI targets,
- Build nurture and grow relationships with existing client,
- Write and send new client proposals,
- Screening,
- Client submission,
- Industry related compliance,
- Sending of offers and client handover of successful placements.
- Represent the company at industry relevant trade shows,

**We’re looking for**:

- A money motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn, develop and bring fresh ideas to the role,
- Flexible, resilient and tenacious,
- You will have 3 years+ B2B recruitment experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels,
- Time management skills that allow you to manage your own diary effectively.
