**Financial Accountant - Bracknell (Hybrid) - £55,000 - £65,000 - 12 Month FTC**

**The Company**

Wade Macdonald are currently partnering with a very successful and growing internationally renowned business based in Bracknell, to cover the secondment of a Financial Accountant. You will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week.

**The Role**

This important position within the business will be suited to a Qualified Accountant seeking a role that will give them exposure to all areas of finance and offer plenty of professional development opportunities.
- Completion of Financial Accounting processes at regular intervals and reviews of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly)
- Line Management and development of 2 members of staff
- Ensuring the organisation conducts business within its banking facility by working on regular cashflow forecasts
- Liaising with the Shared Service Centre and Treasury team on day-to-day cash flow queries
- Acts as a key internal contact for all Financial Accounting related queries
- Be an active member of the Finance team to share knowledge and best practice as appropriate
- Financial ad hoc requirements - Ad hoc requirements to work on a number of business activities as requested
- Strong all round accounting knowledge/experience
- Prior experience working within Accounts Receivable or Treasury
- Experience in a commercially driven and customer facing environment
- Prior experience using a variety of accounting systems such as SAP
- Line management experience
- Full Accountancy Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAS etc.) and post-qualification experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
