An exciting role has become available for a self-motivated person with a can-do mindset to join our expanding team. Responsible to the Operations Director, the role is to take ownership of the company marketing functions, work closely with senior management and key suppliers to highlight potential marketing opportunities, raise the company profile, and increase market share.

**Duties include**:

- Working on core marketing disciplines including web-based content, content marketing, print, multi-media, digital, social media, direct marketing, promotional marketing, and marketing planning to deliver engaging campaigns.
- Prepare, oversee and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans/strategies, and promotional programmes driving interest and sales.
- Ensuring distribution of internal/external marketing materials and communications.
- Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimisation metrics to ensure campaigns are effective - reacting quickly and revising campaigns where needed to ensure that trends are acted upon to maximise ROI.
- Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation
- Organise all aspects and attend exhibitions.

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 1 years’ experience working on campaigns in a similar marketing position.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to proofread with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to use software packages including Office 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mailchimp, Affinity Suite.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
- Strategic thinking abilities and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
