We are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the CRM Marketing Manager, you'll support the planning, building and execution of email and SMS marketing campaigns for Memento Exclusives and all partner websites across B2B and B2C audiences.

Memento Exclusives is the leading sports memorabilia specialist and the official licensed partner of Formula 1, MotoGP and UFC. We create and sell authentic, high-quality memorabilia for fans around the world.

As a CRM Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer communications. You'll manage day-to-day campaign execution, segment customer data, analyse performance metrics, and help implement strategies that improve customer engagement, loyalty and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Email and SMS Delivery:

  • Build and deploy campaigns within the CRM platform (Klaviyo) in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Maintain an accurate and consistent CRM activity calendar for your assigned sports verticals.
  • Support the execution of automated flows and customer lifecycle journeys.
  • Apply best practices in email and SMS marketing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive database growth, engagement and retention.
  • Ensure all communications deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Assist in the collection, segmentation and maintenance of customer data.
  • Support the CRM Manager with campaign reporting and insight generation.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations.

Customer Engagement:

  • Work closely with the CRM Manager to support strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales, creative and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign timing.
  • Help manage competitions, sign-up campaigns and other data acquisition activities.

Requirements

  • Experience working with CRM or email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo (or similar) is desirable.
  • Understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and A/B testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • An interest in sport or enthusiasm for working with global fan-based brands is an advantage.
