**Purpose of the Role**:
As part of our continuous improvement to be cost cap competitive, the role will be an important part in identifying and driving transformation within the finance function, in order to streamline and maximise resources.

**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Performing quality control procedures and month end audit of all F1 exclusions, validation of supporting documentation against the regulatory framework
- Prepping documentation, complete and accurate audit files, schedules, contracts, with exceptional care and diligence for cost cap audits
- Assisting in developing an internal audit function to challenge any cost cap exclusions and ensure they have been comprehensively evidenced to minimise risk
- Develop knowledge on F1 financial regulations and accompanying FIA audit procedures
- Identifying and escalating any gaps in controls / processes and introduce improvements to minimise risk of errors and non-compliance
- Working collaboratively with group entity finance team to ensure break out of costs is compliant
- Continuous review of all intercompany & exchange transactions
- Working with auditors throughout audit periods, work with wider finance team to draw in information to answer queries effectively and with necessary diligence
- Detailed review of capital expenditure to evaluate criteria for exclusions being applied consistently and compliant to the regs
