On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a**Project Manager - Anti Financial Crime Transformation** on a **6 Month** contract based in London**.**

**Purpose of the Role**:
The Business Line AFC (BLAFC) Transformation Team are responsible for key project management roles for all BLAFC transformation Initiatives for the Advisory function across the Corporate and Investment bank divisions. You will be working on several projectsincluding leading the AFC KYC Centre of Excellence as well as creating and managing actions plans to meet regulatory obligations. You will be representing BLAFC Transformation and will be working closely with the BLAFC Subject Matter Experts as well as keystakeholders across the AFC functions.

**As a Project Manager - Anti Financial Crime Transformation you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the end-to-end outsourcing from inception to implementation
- Responsible for creation of project plans, dependencies and resources, Including communicating programme deliverables across AFC (Anti Financial Crime)
- Chairing regular meetings and producing outputs for senior management
- Own and deliver project related artefacts to support implementation of the programme
- Liaise with country AFC (Anti Financial Crime), Compliance and Legal, managing multiple stakeholders across various time zones
- Previous experience as a project manager where work is being outsourced to another country / team is preferable including
- An understanding of KYC would be beneficial
- 5+ years' experience working in a change programme within financial crime compliance, preferably within a banking environment
- Understanding of AML Financial Crime risk globally
- Experience in delivering tactical and strategic solution
- **This client will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.**_
