This is a great time to join our expanding team. We are based on the 1st and 2nd Floors of the Old Library on Acton High Street and our service delivery is pan London. We deliver blended learning.

The delivery of apprentice and stand alone programmes within qualification remit. To ensure that teaching, learning and assessment is to a high standard and that retention, pass and achievement rates are at or above national averages and that learner progression is robustly monitored. This role will also be that of a workplace Trainer and assessor, enabling apprentices to be trained and assessed both at Global skills and within the workplace.

**Duties**:

- To take a key role in the delivery and development of the Curriculum area
- To lecture and provide appropriate support in the teaching of a range of qualifications in related disciplines
- To Assess and review learners in the workplace and guide them through the apprenticeship course
- To liaise with employers and employer engagement
- To provide IAG and support student welfare

Required knowledge, skills & experience:

- At least 2 years experience as a Childcare Trainer
- Recognised teaching qualification
- A1 Assessor award or equivalent
- Must have at least a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Experience working in a managerial role within in a Childcare setting

Desirable knowledge, skills & experience:

- Level 5 qualification in Childcare
- IQA in Childcare

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
