**Aftercare Technical Sales - Job Description**

An opportunity to join the U.K’s largest Independent Green Roof Company on a full time basis.

The company is developing fast and offers plenty of scope for progression; we are looking for an individual to help assisting with driving sales within the company.

**Role**

Supporting and developing the expansion and diversification of the Urban Greening Maintenance department by:
- Identifying and understanding market requirements that can be serviced either by Sky Garden’s currently offered solutions or new services where appropriate
- Working with Sky Garden staff at all levels, but particularly Technical and Senior Management to develop and evolve Sky Garden’s service offering
- Identifying and engaging with Urban Greening stakeholders including, but not limited to, Councils, Corporate entities, Ecologists, Architects, Landscape Architects, Academic Institutions and suppliers / manufacturers within the Urban Greening sector in order to develop lasting and meaningful relationships to further both Sky Garden’s internal ambitions and the wider Climate Change and Biodiversity initiative
- Developing Technical and Commercial project plans to ensure objectives are defined and progress is monitored
- Regular project updates to ensure stakeholders are managed effectively and that commercial opportunities and formal agreements are in place where possible
- Raising the profile and awareness of Sky Garden in the market regarding Urban Greening Services

**Support the current sales process within the Urban Greening Maintenance department by: -**
- Receiving enquiries and providing technical support customers on the aftercare requirements of Green Finishes
- Receiving and assimilating site visit reports from Maintenance Technicians and converting this information into a high quality commercial proposal
- Find, log and follow-up on single green roof sites using tools such as Google Earth and construction lead software (Barbour ABI)
- Update the CRM system with prospects and relationship progress

**Assist in the development of Sky Garden’s shift from Specialist Sub-Contractor to Technical Leader in Climate Change Solutions**
- Carry out research into potential developments
- Engage with the market to understand size and scope of new channels
- Provide Technical support to other Sky Garden staff engaging in this drive

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
