The role is initially a seasonal position until November 2025 on an hourly rate of £13.00.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with duty managers to maintain high standards.
- Take charge of shifts, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules in a timely manner.
- Oversee the dining experience and support the team with guest enquiries.
- Inspire and mentor your team members, helping them reach their full potential.
- Drive sales, boost revenue, and achieve those targets like a champion.
- Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fuels growth.
- Make sure our amazing staff are engaged, happy, and well taken care of.

**What you need to bring to the table**:

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferable.
- A genuine passion for mind-blowing customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that can light up a room and inspire others.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive even when the pressure is on.
- Due to the nature of this role, you must be** over 18**.
