Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **Theming Estimator & Planner** **to join our Production Theming team, based our studios in Staffordshire (Alton Towers Resort).

**About the Role...**

The Theming Estimator role is a pivotal position responsible for managing the project quoting and estimating process, as well as overseeing external cost consultants and suppliers for theming production and delivery, encompassing both existing estate and new build projects. In this role, close collaboration with project design, project managers, and production teams is essential to gain a deep understanding of design intricacies and manufacturing processes. This knowledge is applied to ensure that cost estimates and project budgets align with and meet the client's expectations. Moreover, the role involves the crucial task of establishing JCT Contracts for external theming contractors, a process requiring input from project managers and the expertise of Merlin's Legal Team.

**About You...**

You are an adept Theming Estimator with a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of project quoting and estimating processes. Your expertise extends to managing external cost consultants and suppliers for theming production and delivery in both established and new project settings. Your strength lies in working collaboratively with project design, project managers, and production teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and budgets that align with client expectations. Additionally, your proficiency in setting up JCT Contracts for external theming contractors, with input from project managers and legal teams, showcases your ability to seamlessly navigate complex contractual arrangements in the attractions industry.
