**Part-Time Customer Service Advisor (Seasonal)**

Herbert Woods is a renowned holiday company, offering exceptional boat and cottage holidays. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service and memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our reception team as a Customer Service Adviser in our busy bookings office.

As a Customer Service Adviser, you will be the welcoming face and voice of Herbert Woods. Your primary responsibilities include greeting customers both in person and over the phone, assisting with general enquiries, and managing holiday bookings for our cruisers and cottages.

No previous experience? No problem Full training will be provided - making this a great opportunity for a college student or someone looking to gain experience in the travel and tourism industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests in person and over the phone
- Respond to general enquiries and offer information about our holidays
- Process bookings for boats and cottages accurately and efficiently
- Use computer systems to manage bookings and customer information

**Requirements**:

- Confident using computers
- Good telephone manner
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn and be coached

**Position Details**:

- 15 hours per week, worked over 2 days (9:00am - 5:00pm) on a rota basis.
- Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
