This is a maternity cover position and will last up to 12 months. This roles is required full time in the office based in Elvington, York.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
** Driving license and own vehicle is required **

To support the Customer Services Supervisor & Logistics Supervisor by accurately completing various administration tasks.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provided administration support across all aspects of order processing and logistics bookings.
- Take ownership of tailored administrative processes for specific customer accounts.
- Liaise with internal departments to manage a smooth order process.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated people in the business
- Perform office administration tasks as directed.
- Provide cover to other functions for holiday and absence cover.
- Support the External Sales Team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
** Driving license and own vehicle is required **

Skills Required:

- Familiarity with SAGE 50 or other order processing software
- Knowledge of logistics and transport
- Knowledge of processing Business to Business Sales
- Desire to succeed in a sale focused organisation.
- Must be able to accurately follow all company processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Computer literate - Experience of Microsoft Office packages
- Good general education background with at least 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths.
- Initiative and desire to improve situations, systems and processes.

Working 09.00 - 17.30, Monday to Friday. Our Client does have some flexibility in total hours or working pattern depending upon individual circumstances & business needs.
