Prospero Group are delighted to be adding a**Trainee/ Graduate Recruitment Consultant** to join their well established **Education Team in Manchester**

You will be working alongside a successful team of Consultants and responsible for-- Working with Primary schools to supply staff into various roles.
- Supporting Teachers and Teaching Assistants to find a job suitable for them
- becoming an expert within your field and understanding the market
- identifying areas for growth
- business development

What we are looking for-- Driven, hungry and motivated individuals with a 'winning’ attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Strong written and communication skills
- Positive and 'can do’ attitude
- Graduate or equivalent desirable

Experience within a similar role, B2B sales role or experience working in education is desirable but not essential
