As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;

The ideal Trainee Educational Recruitment Consultant will be an excellent team player with;

You will quickly learn new information and skills, and also develop strong working relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll be supported every step of the way by your team, your manager, and a personal mentor.

After a successful year in the supporting role, you will make the transition to the role of a sales consultant, taking responsibility for developing and building your own desk.

In return we offer competitive basic salaries, a market leading-leading commission scheme, all commission paid from the start date, and not reliant on a probationary period.

We offer 30 days holiday plus an additional 8 days of Public Holidays, reduced hours for sales teams during all school holidays (5 hours a day).
