Inside Sales Manager

Are you a proven, customer centric Inside Sales Manager BDR Manager or SDR Manager looking to build on your existing experience and make the move to a rapidly growing business with amazing products?
You will be responsible for continuous coaching and training of the team. You’ll be crucial in ensuring the company achieves its growth goals. You will need to lead from the front and show creativity and initiative to continuously hone the craft of the BDRs.
**Inside Sales Manager - Responsibilities**
- Act as a player-coach of the BDR team, bringing in best-practices and training
- Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with the team
- Run daily stand ups with the team on pipeline, daily action plans and team coaching
- Monitor and refine lead processes with the Head of Sales, Sales Operations and Enablement
- Work with sales to optimise pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maximise pipeline creation and dovetail into running campaigns
- Analyse data to identify trends within the team and communicate appropriately Head of Sales
- Execute day-to-day line management of the BDR team; including holiday planning/sickness cover planning, weekly 1:1s looking at pipeline and activity reporting; performance management etc.
- Be a key part of the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Motivate BDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
**Inside Sales Manager - We are looking for**
- Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- Positive attitude with a focus on having a growth mindset
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with outbound prospecting tools
- Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
- A Self-starter with proven success as a sales evangelist
- Leadership experience is highly preferred
