With the support of the Head of Sales, you will build, develop, encourage and improve the team's current sales and success by providing the New Car Sales Team with the structure, mentoring, confidence and motivation to maximise individuals' and team potential. Work with the Head of Sales to set targets, review performance and provide coaching. Handle conflicting demands and demonstrate proven success in management. Deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction to ensure repeat and referral business. About You Retail sales experience within the motor industry. Well‑developed leadership skills and deep understanding of all areas of the department. Proven success in management. Ability to handle conflicting demands. Passion and ability to deliver extraordinary customer satisfaction.
