**Associate Recruitment Consultant - Finance and Accounting**

Basic c. £25k

OTE £35-40k

**The Person**:
Experience as a Resourcer, recruitment consultant or strong sales background.

Keen interest within the Finance sector

Good track record of achievement

Good understanding of the recruitment role

Drive and motivation to succeed in recruitment consultancy

Excellent communicate skills, ability to listen, strong work ethic

Enjoy working as part of a team
