**We’re looking for a Stores and Logistics Team Leader to join our Stores Team based at our facility in Brighouse.**

**About the role**
The Stores and Logistics Team Leader is directly responsible for, but not limited to, all material disciplines within their specific section.

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Make key departmental decisions
- Ensure all equipment is maintained regularly and records are kept up to date
- Arrange any third-party repairs and maintenance of fixed plant or equipment
- Ensure labour is working at maximum capacity to meet priority deadlines, leading by example
- Ensure adequate weekend cover is arranged to cover workload within section
- Support other workshops where the priority dictates
- Prepare for and attend in-house meetings to discuss ongoing / future tasks
- Sourcing price and delivery of materials required for department jobs
- Purchasing of materials, consumables and tooling
- Monitoring and controlling cost of materials and labour on jobs
- Responsible for looking after all Score / client stock as per procedures
- Responsible for ensuring compliance to customs issues related to the company’s business
- Responsible for driver and delivery / logistic requirements.
- Responsible for Stores administration on updates
- Responsible for Materials person with workload
- Responsible for attending production meetings
- Responsible for raising any issues in department with the General Manager
- Responsible for management of stock within the warehouse and other racking areas
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
