I have a Content Marketing Manager opportunity that is sat within the global marketing team and will be responsible for creating engaging content that address topics of interest to the core audience, while articulating value and message.

This Content Marketing Manager will develop and manage the content calendar and will play a crucial role in helping build brand awareness, drive prospect engagement and build pipeline. This role will be responsible for writing, thought leadership content, event material, customer case studies, newsletters and e-books, working with audio and video, creating deliverables that promote and deliver the right message to the right audiences.

The Content Marketing Manger is customer-centric and puts the customer at the center of everything they do. Passionate about Telecoms / Salesforce and fully tapped into customer and market trends, the Content Marketing Manager will shape and tell the brand story in a way that resonates across all customer touch-points.

**Content Marketing Manager - Main Responsibilities**
- Develop content strategy and create a rich content calendar that supports a regular cadence of content to drive customer engagement.
- Create content for blogs, social media, thought leadership content, e-books, presentations, videos, and the website.
- Own and manage the creation, approvals and lifecycle of testimonials, case studies and win releases.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership across regions and set priorities for content roadmap.
- Become an expert on customers, conducting research and understanding their pain points and needs.
- Monitor content performance, using data to evolve the customer experience by providing timely and relevant content that resonates with our audiences.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualifications**

Essential:

- Journalism, English or Communication qualification or equivalent experience

**Content Marketing Manger Experience Required**
- 3+ years of relevant writing experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, technical marketing or marketing communications
- Background in the telecommunications and Salesforce ecosystem
- Proficiency with cloud technology, and/or demonstrated proficiency with cloud messaging
- Experience in evolving communication trends for traditional and new media formats
- Experience writing short and long form copy, including research reports, case studies, award entries and blogs
- Experience building content for SEO a plus
- A 'writer at heart’ that’s able to adapt to short stories, talking points, video scripts and creative briefs
